ABOUT US~ God has been active in our lives since our first service was held on November 1, 1958 in a rented store in the Masonic Building. Originally a mission initiated by St. Paul’s, St. Clair we became a Parochial Mission of Grace, Port Huron in November 1960. In May 1966 we discerned that God was calling us to set down more permanent roots and a Building Fund campaign was conducted. We broke ground for our new church building in February 1967 with the Dedication taking place on our ninth Anniversary, November 1, 1967. In 1975 we completed a building addition, enlarging the kitchen and Parish Hall allowing us to reach out to the community of Marysville as we served pancake suppers and chicken and biscuit dinners. In 1995 Grace Church, Port Huron transferred the parochial mission of All Saints, Marysville and we became a mission church of the Diocese of Eastern Michigan. Today we continue to connect with the people of Marysville with our twice annual Rummage Sales, with our Shrove Tuesday Pancake and Sausage dinners and as we dish up ice cream at the Marysville Art in the Park festival. “COME AND SEE!!!” |
